Last year I taught 2nd grade and really fell in love with my team. I miss them so much. This year I did a maternity leave for one of them. I enjoyed working with my team again. I made ornaments for them (after I got my Cricut).
I made an etched block for one of them. She was my cooperating teacher last year and goes to my church. This block was made pre-Cricut. My husband pretty much free handed the Santa and I etched it.

The Snowflake ornament is from the Winter Lace cartridge. I don't have vinyl, so I use contact paper to make my cuts. The Nativity ornament is from the Inspired Heart cartridge. Both ornaments are etched using Armour Etch. I used silver Rub n' Buff on both to make the etching stand out more.
